Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at support@lavraminimal.com. We will provide the correct return address and detailed instructions according to your location.
Items sent back without first contacting our support team will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We do, however, offer free size exchanges in some cases. Please email us if your product does not fit, and we will see what we can do. For variant, color, or product changes, customers should return the original item and place a new order.
Cancellations
Cancellations cannot be made because our warehouse is fully automated, and shipping labels are purchased within approximately 12 hours after ordering. The order is already in transit, so the customer should wait for the package to arrive and then return it to us if desired.
However, we can sometimes update address details, sizes, or variants at the last moment. If you notice an error in your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
